PreSeason & Draft

There are surprisingly few sites that offer any kind of rankings, be they for Draft or the official game. Some take a stab at rankings for the official game, which can be terribly inaccurate for the draft game. But all information is good information when broadening your understanding of how to value players.

@TheFFChaps usually release rankings quarterly (or so), not to mention every preseason. Plus, usually there are rankings from @DraftGenie and, sometimes, consensus ranks from all of the Fantrax contributors!
Draft guru and Togga creator, John Wallin, releases an entire draft kit annually before the Prem kicks off. It features articles about the game, the scoring system, strategy, etc. Most importantly, it also includes rankings for every position and overall rankings. You will need to become a Patreon in order to access the draft kit.
Andrew Laird recently released his new rankings and projections. It was a massive endeavor and painstaking. We're hoping he continues to do this heavy lifting into next season and beyond.
Fantasy Football 92 is one of VERY few sites specializing in FPL Draft. They will have positional rankings at the beginning of the Prem season, as well as many other helpful resources. See the In-Season section for more details on that.
Regularly updated rankings, including preseason. All are sorted according to OFPL prices.
This is surprisingly helpful and put out by the Premier League itself. (Miracles do happen.) It's the draft player list with various rankings and points for each player. However, many player positions are different than they are in Draft.
Never Manage Alone from SB Nation contains posts from various writers about a range of topics. They show up in other sections of this site as well. But during the preseason, they post "top" positional breakdowns with an emphasis on OFPL.
This year (19/20), Draftiola also released rankings via FF92. Here's a link to them as well.
